In her dual role as Nurse Educator and Clinic RN at The Skin Parlor™, she trains the next generation of clinical professionals while continuing to deliver IV therapy, injections, and wellness services directly to patients. Her presence in the Parlor Institute program bridges the gap between education and practice — ensuring every protocol is taught the way it is lived: with precision, patience, and genuine care.
Ashley Harris, PhD — Founder & Clinical Aesthetics Specialist — built The Skin Parlor™ from the ground up. Her academic foundation combined with hands-on clinical expertise gives her a rare perspective — one that informs every module of the Parlor Institute curriculum. She designed this program to reflect the standard she holds herself to every day: precise, intentional, and rooted in real experience.
Dr. Olaleye is a double board-certified physician whose clinical expertise spans internal medicine and a subspecialty focus that brings exceptional diagnostic depth to every patient encounter. His rigorous academic training and years of hands-on practice make him an invaluable presence in the Parlor Institute program — ensuring students are grounded in the science of medicine, not just the mechanics of procedure.
