Led by Samuel Olaleye, MD — Double Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine — The Elevate™ Program provides physician-supervised GLP-1 therapy for adolescents ages 10–17, paired with nutrition coaching, lifestyle support, and a family-centered care model that keeps parents informed and involved at every step.
What the program includes.
Every Elevate™ patient begins with a comprehensive evaluation — baseline labs, BMI assessment, and a physician consultation to confirm eligibility and establish goals. From there, the program is individualized: medication dosing, visit frequency, and nutrition coaching are all tailored to the patient's specific needs and response.
