The Founding Medical Assistant Clinical Readiness Cohort is a focused, intensive program. Specific duration details are provided upon application. The program is designed to be completed efficiently without sacrificing the depth of clinical training.

We intentionally keep cohorts small to ensure every student receives individualized attention and meaningful hands-on experience. Exact cohort size is limited — early application is encouraged.

No prior healthcare experience is required. The program is designed to meet students where they are and build clinical readiness from the ground up. A genuine passion for healthcare and a commitment to professionalism are what matter most.

Students are expected to maintain a professional appearance consistent with a clinical environment. Specific dress code guidelines, including scrub requirements, will be provided upon acceptance.

Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion from the Parlor Institute of Clinical Readiness™, along with graduation recognition. This certificate reflects your completion of physician-led clinical training and hands-on experience.

Medical Assistant Foundations™ is $199. MA Clinical Readiness™ Day and Evening Cohorts are $350, and the MA Clinical Bridge Certificate is $250. Payment plan options may be available. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss payment arrangements.

Yes. Hands-on clinical experience is central to the program. Students will practice clinical skills, work with patients in an active clinical setting, and receive direct supervision from experienced healthcare professionals.

The program is taught by Dr. Samuel Olaleye (Medical Director), Dr. Ashley Harris (Founder and Director of Clinical Education), and experienced clinical educators including a Senior Nurse Educator. All instruction is physician-led.
